As we discussed not too long ago, small businesses have been given until next year to comply with Sarbanes-Oxley’s Section 404(b).  Now, thanks to new amendments, companies with market capitalizations that are less than $75 million may one day become exempt from many Sarbox rules and regs.  In the meantime, though, if you’re a small business, you should expect to follow current SOX expectations.
